Payment
A valid credit card is required to guarantee your reservation. Cash and Debit card are not accepted.  ***All Reservations Require Credit Card Deposit of 100% at time of booking, your reservation is not guaranteed until you have paid. 
 
Refundable damage deposit
Upon arrival, the resort will require a pre-authorization on a valid credit card as a damage/incidental deposit in the amount of $250.This pre-authorized amount will be released after incidentals have been paid and after we have inspected the property for damages. 

Painter's Lodge Resort is committed to providing its guests and associates with a smoke-free environment. Please note that smoking is prohibited in all the rooms and all public areas of the Hotel. Smoking is only allowed outside the building. All associates have been trained to respond to potential violations of the policy, and violators will we charged a $500 excessive cleaning fee, due at the time of check out. 

Pets are allowed in specified rooms.  You will need to contact the hotel to ensure you are assigned a pet friendly room. Pet fee (cleaning) of $30/pet/night will be applied and we allow a maximum of 1 pet per room. In addition, if a guest has a pet in a room and they do not disclose this to the front desk, there will be a $500 charge to their room. 
The service animals (dogs only) are free of charge, but you must show us their certificates and they are only allowed in our designated pet friendly rooms. Pets cannot be left unattended in the room. For more information please see our full version of Pet Policy 2022.

13~18 years old will be charged as adults. 

There is no capacity for cots at this property.
