Nice Winter Springs at Painter's Lodge

A 27 lb. Spring is the season high so far, with springs averaging 10 - 15 lbs. Kevin Grunwaldt caught this nice fish in Deepwater Bay . A pair of 15 lbers were also caught on the same day from Salmon Point. Hot spots continue to be the Lighthouse and Browns Bay anywhere from 40 to 180 ft. It's still plugs, hoochies and spoons that are catching the most fish, using anchovies as bait.
