Since our last report on June 4th, much has happened in the way of fishing around here.
As the days go on, more and more boats fish the tides and more and more fish end up in our coolers. Our largest of the month so far was a 26 ½ lb Spring, caught at the Lighthouse near Salmon Point. Anglers are enjoying the sunshine which has presented itself, and looks like it may stick around for the summer.
Our nature tours have been very successful since the beginning of our season, recording sightings of dolphins, seals, eagles and a pod of transient Killer Whales trecking northward towards the Queen Charlotte Islands.
