Good numbers at Painter's Lodge

Beautiful weather and some fish at the end of the line made for a great week. The size the daily catch continues to grow as salmon this week averaged 10-15 lbs. with the largest weighing in at 21 lbs. Hot locations continue to be the Lighthouse and areas south. Plugs, spoons and flasher-hoochie combinations are showing the best results and when used with anchovies as bait, are netting a good number of fish. Numbers are looking up and Painter's Lodge guides are confident that this will be a great season. Tight lines!
